Ginsberg Jacobs LLC Names Five Attorneys to Partnership
Mark A. Biesiada focuses his practice on telecommunication and real estate law. He has been counseling clients for more than a decade with the negotiation of telecommunications leases, assessments and other acquisitions and dispositions of wireless facilities. Mark has handled all aspects of zoning matters for the sitting of wireless communications facilities including conducting zoning presentations. Additionally, he has experience representing investor and developer clients in retail leasing, multi-residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Frank J. Boucek has been practicing law in the areas of commercial real estate and telecommunications for nearly a decade. He represents clients in lease negotiations, including telecommunications leases with large institutions and municipalities, as well as the acquisition and disposition of wireless facilities. Frank has experience performing site analysis for locating and identifying properties and conducting zoning presentations on behalf of industry leading clients. In addition to his telecommunications practice, Frank also negotiates various retail and office leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
Daniel C. Cole has more than eighteen years of experience with respect to corporate, joint venture, real estate transactions, and tax credit financing. Mr. Cole’s corporate and joint venture experience includes structuring early stage investments in emerging growth companies on behalf of venture capital funds and entrepreneurs, structuring of private placement offerings, convertible debt financings, equity investments, and stock transactions. He has experience in all areas of commercial real estate and development, including property acquisitions and dispositions, restructuring, complex tax planning, and negotiation of construction contracts.
Michele L. Krause has more than twenty years of experience in commercial real estate and finance law. As the Partner responsible for overseeing the Firm’s general leasing practice, Michele represents institutional and entrepreneurial clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial, office and industrial properties, with a particular focus on retail and office leasing on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Michele also has extensive experience representing owners, purchasers, and tenants in connection with the legal issues arising from environmentally contaminated properties, including the responsibility for ongoing reporting and remediation requirements, indemnification, access and third party liability issues.
Jared I. Rothkopf focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, leasing, financing, and corporate structuring. Jared has extensive experience in connection with leasing of commercial, office, and industrial properties, with a particular emphasis on retail leasing for both landlords and tenants. He has represented entrepreneurial clients in acquiring, managing, and disposing of portfolios of REO and NPL assets. Jared also represents various clients in connection with tax credit financing transactions, including New Markets Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits.
