Barrett J. Schulz is a well-rounded real estate attorney who uses a practical, efficient, and business-minded approach.  Since beginning his practice in 1995, Barry has represented developers, investors, owners and lenders in all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions and financings. He has serviced clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to publicly traded REITs and institutional lenders, involving retail, office, multifamily, industrial, hospitality and for-sale residential properties.  Currently, Barry’s practice is concentrated in real estate finance, representing banks and non-bank lenders.

Prior to joining Ginsberg Jacobs, Barry began his career practicing for a large, sophisticated law firm known for its real estate practice and, most recently, worked as the sole in-house counsel for a bank engaged exclusively in commercial real estate finance.  Barry has consistently earned the trust and respect of his clients, colleagues and even opposing counsel by being reliable, honest and forward thinking.
