Hilary Gould has been practicing law for almost thirty years in the areas of commercial real estate and related corporate and finance work.

Hilary is highly experienced in all areas of commercial real estate transactions, describing herself as having “horizontal capacity” in the industry. Her primary areas of practice include, but are not limited to, structuring and drafting joint venture agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, construction and permanent financing, development agreements, property management agreements, leasing and licensing agreements, brokerage matters, vendor contracts and strategic planning, advising and risk analysis involving multi-use properties, multi-family properties, shopping centers, redevelopment projects, and industrial properties. Hilary’s current clients include joint ventures, developers, family real estate portfolios, property management companies, and brokerage companies.

Prior to joining Ginsberg Jacobs, Hilary was outside general counsel for McCaffery Interests, Inc. and the limited liability companies they own and manage for fourteen years, along with representing a closely-held family real estate portfolio for the past five years. In addition to her other existing areas of practice, Hilary has periodically been engaged to consult on workouts and other commercial real estate litigation.

Given her entrepreneurial nature, Hilary has also been active professionally in areas outside of the practice of law. She formed a consulting company called Feenix Strategic Planning & Investment, LLC, in 2018, which advises and invests in startup companies with a focus on women-owned businesses. Hilary and her husband founded a not-for-profit in 2018 by the name of Shared Voices. The mission of this NFP is to provide and build an engaging and supportive community around people who stutter.

Hilary uses her vast experience and relentless work-ethic to ensure that her clients get the very best in personal high-quality legal representation.
