Jeffrey M. Friedman has a dynamic legal background with respect to advising clients of all sizes on legal and business issues including capital structure, transaction strategy, corporate governance, strategic planning, and real estate investments. In addition to structuring and representing private equity funds, Jeffrey counsels companies through all stages of growth, including negotiation and consummating asset and stock acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and joint ventures. His background in taxation and business experience lend a hand in advocating for his clients in the financial structuing and economics of transactions.
Prior to joining Ginsberg Jacobs, Jeff was a partner in the Chicago office of Fox Rothschild LLP. During his time at Fox Rothschild, he also served as General Counsel to Core Spaces, a real estate company that specializes in acquisition, development and management services for urban residential, hospitality and student housing projects.
