Kimberly B. Elliott practices in the area of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on telecommunications and commercial leasing. Through Ms. Elliott’s practice, she represents telecommunications clients through the deployment, management, and maintenance of their communication networks, including the leasing and licensing of large scale venue distributed antenna systems (DAS) and in-building network agreements, municipal pole attachment agreements, small cell agreements, and rooftop lease agreements, as well as providing support and guidance with regard to all required due diligence. Ms. Elliott also has experience negotiating national and regional master agreements with real estate investment trusts and industry turnkey providers for the construction of infrastructure and implementation of network installations.
Prior to joining Ginsberg Jacobs, Ms. Elliott practiced at Holland & Knight, LLP and Weil Gotshal & Manges, LLP, where she gained experience representing clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as asset-based lending transactions, joint ventures and private and bridge equity transactions. Ms. Elliott also worked for the Assistant Chief Counsel’s office with the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection where she represented the federal government in administrative hearings, trade violations and immigration matters.
