March 23, 2016 — Darryl P. Jacobs will speak on a panel at the 4th Annual Ho’okupa’a Conference at the University of Hawaii at Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law.
The conference will focus on the state of the market techniques for the structuring and financing of increasingly high demand developments, such as capital improvement and energy projects for communities, non-profit organizations, and businesses. These techniques include the federal New Markets Tax Credit program, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) as well as the State of Hawaii, in which have been highly successful locally and in other parts of the country.
