Daniel focuses his practice on commercial real estate, corporate, finance, and tax law.  He represents clients on corporate matters and on real estate acquisitions, sales, leases, and financings involving commercial properties of all types, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality properties.

Daniel received his Juris Doctor in 2022 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he was the president of the Jewish Law Students’ Association, treasurer of the Bankruptcy Law Society, and member of the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy. Daniel also was a J. Nelson Young Scholarship recipient for his successes in the study of tax law. While in law school, Daniel served as a law clerk in the Office of Indiana Attorney General-Asset Recovery and Bankruptcy Section, and as a summer associate in the Venture Capital and Corporate practice groups of a Chicago-based law firm.

Prior to law school, Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business, concentration in Accounting/Finance, from Indiana University in 2019. During Daniel’s undergraduate studies he worked in international philanthropic reform as an intern for an Indianapolis-based think tank, and in finance and tax-related committees as an intern for the Indiana state senate. Daniel was also heavily involved in Israeli advocacy, serving as a student fellow for the Zionist Organization of America and as head of foreign interns for a member of the Israeli parliament.
