Michael focuses his practice on commercial real estate. He has experience advising clients in various areas of real estate including acquisitions, sales, financing, and zoning and land use.
Michael received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clemson University.
Prior to joining Ginsberg Jacobs, Michael practiced at the Del Galdo Law Group as an associate attorney where a large part of his practice involved advising clients on the acquisition and sale of commercial and industrial properties, zoning and land use, and redevelopment projects involving economic incentives. Michael also spent time working in the City of Chicago’s legal department as a post-graduate fellow where he advised the Department of Planning and Development on the financing and refinancing of housing and economic development projects.
