Earl Oh focuses his practice on commercial real estate and related corporate and finance work. He has experience advising clients in various areas of real estate including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing.

Earl received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois and his Bachelor of Science at the University of California, Riverside.

Prior to joining Ginsberg Jacobs, Earl practiced at Gussis & Alexander LLC as an associate attorney where a large part of his practice involved representing lenders in all aspects of commercial mortgage transactions. Prior to that, Earl also worked as Underwriting Counsel at First American Title Insurance Company where he underwrote and helped close complex transactions across the country.
