He leads acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing across asset classes, including mixed-use, multi-family and age-restricted housing, manufactured housing and RV communities, warehousing and distribution, data centers, self-storage, office buildings, auto care, retail fuel centers, hospitality, and green technology.
Pat also represents lenders and borrowers in acquisition, bridge, construction, mezzanine, permanent, and structured lending transactions and advises sponsors, developers, owners, and investors on capital structuring, corporate formation, partnerships, joint ventures, and governance.
With previous experience practicing real estate and finance law at middle market law firms and as in-house counsel across real estate, technology, logistics, and auto care, Pat brings a client-centered, practical approach to every opportunity.
