Sean advises clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, leasing, financing, and corporate formation and governance. With a focus on delivering practical, business-minded solutions, he represents real estate owners, developers, and investors in the structuring and closing of sophisticated acquisitions and dispositions, as well as in a full spectrum of leasing matters. Sean also focuses his practice on providing counsel to lenders and borrowers alike in financing matters, including acquisition, bridge, and construction financing.

Sean’s representation in real estate transactions and financing projects spans across a diverse range of property types, including industrial, multifamily, office, student housing, and retail properties.

Sean received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University and has earned his Bachelor of Arts in both mathematics and economics from Indiana University.
