Brian J. Pleviak is Of-Counsel with Ginsberg Jacobs. He has more than a decade of experience representing entrepreneurs, institutional clients, financial institutions and developers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real estate, real estate development, commercial leasing, telecommunication site leasing and development and real estate financing. In addition, he counsels lenders, borrowers and investors in distressed real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of REO properties and workouts. Throughout his career, Brian has worked on a variety of credit facilities and real estate projects, including, retail centers, industrial facilities, agricultural land, commercial office parks, multi-unit apartments, manufactured housing projects, residential development projects, mixed-use developments, condominium conversions, and warehouse and manufacturing buildings. Prior to joining Ginsberg Jacobs LLC, Brian practiced law at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC.
