Christina is a member of the firm’s finance and real estate practice groups, whose practice spans the full lifecycle of real estate transactions — from acquisitions and dispositions to development, financing, and day-to-day operational matters. In particular, she has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, and vendor and consultant agreements.
Prior to joining Ginsberg Jacobs, Christina worked as in-house counsel for a Chicago-based real estate investment and development firm focused on the acquisition and development of multifamily and self-storage properties. Her experience on the client side informs her responsiveness and practical, problem-solving approach.
