David W. Trilling is a member of the Firm’s corporate, finance, real estate and tax credit practice groups. He represents various developers, financial institutions, investors and REITs in the acquisition, disposition and/or financing of affordable and multifamily housing, hospitality, industrial, office and retail properties. In addition, David counsels numerous clients on New Markets Tax Credit financing for community revitalization projects across the country.
