Simone Randolph Elion

Simone is a member of the Firm’s finance, real estate, and tax credit practice groups, where she represents clients across a broad spectrum of financing transactions, including syndicated, mezzanine, and construction financing. She also counsels on loan purchases and sales, as well as restructurings and modifications. Over the course of her career, Simone has represented traditional and non-traditional financial institutions in thousands of financing transactions nationwide. Her experience extends to real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, portfolio management, and a wide range of other real estate matters. Simone takes a collaborative approach to client service, delivering creative, strategic solutions to reinforce a sophisticated, well-rounded transactional practice.

In addition to her active legal practice, Simone is also a member of the board of Women’s Bar Foundation and the PNR Abundant Life Scholarship Foundation. She enjoys traveling and learning new languages.
