Tess Bolger is a part of the commercial real estate team at the firm. She has experience representing institutional clients in the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of multi-family, student housing, retail and shopping centers, self-storage, and industrial properties. Tess also has experience in environmental law, assisting clients with specific environmental questions or review of environmental due diligence.

Before joining Ginsberg Jacobs, Tess worked as a real estate Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP where she gained experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, property management agreements, development agreements, easements, restrictive covenants, and joint ventures.
