Mitchell W. Pollard is a commercial real estate and corporate attorney who advises clients on complex transactions with a practical, business-oriented approach.  He represents developers, investors, lenders, and operating companies in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters across asset classes nationwide.  Mitchell has particular experience in cross-border investments and Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) submissions.  Mitchell’s background and education make him particularly adept in understanding how businesses operate.  

Prior to joining Ginsberg Jacobs, Mitchell practiced at Masuda Funai Eifert & Mitchell, Ltd. in Chicago, where he advised domestic and international clients in various commercial real estate and corporate matters.
