Eric Roberson prides himself on having extensive subject matter and transactional knowledge which has resulted in effective problem resolution skills throughout his career. His core competencies include delivering professional, timely, and cost-effective legal services to clients. He concentrates his practice primarily in banking, real estate and real estate finance law.

Eric began his career as an Associate and then Partner at Chapman and Cutler, where he spent 19 years focusing on all aspects of sophisticated real estate transactions including industrial projects, shopping centers, office buildings, single and multi-family house developments and mixed use developments. From there, he spent 8 years in-house at Urban Partnership Bank, first as Assistant General Counsel, and then as Director of Legal Services. Most recently, Eric served as Senior Counsel for Boodell & Domanskis, LLC., where he continued to build on his existing experience, providing comprehensive counsel to a wide range of clients on both the lending and development side of complex real estate transactions.
