Eric M. Roberson has been practicing law for more than thirty years in the areas of commercial real estate finance, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and banking.

Eric has experience in the representation of institutional lenders and commercial real estate developers, investors, and owners. He practices in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and multi-property and multi-state mortgage loan transactions. Eric drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements and has significant experience in representing lenders and borrowers in construction, acquisition, and permanent financings, involving office buildings, multi-family projects, logistics, distribution, and industrial projects, and other real estate properties.

After graduating from the University of Illinois College of Law, Eric was an associate and partner with the Chapman and Cutler LLP. After leaving Chapman and Cutler LLP, Eric went in-house as an Assistant General Counsel and then Director of Legal Services at a Chicago-based community bank. Before joining Ginsberg Jacobs, Eric was Senior Counsel with Boodell & Domanskis, LLC.
